Most of the books sold on our website are ebooks. If you purchase an ebook, you will be given online instructions for downloading your book. Nothing will be shipped to you. If you have any problems downloading your ebook, please feel free to contact us. We are more than happy to email the file to you if downloading is not possible.

Because ebooks are easily copied, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds for ebooks once they have been downloaded. If you purchase a paperback or hardcover book, your order will be shipped within three business days by USPS. We accept returns on all physical orders (paperback or hardcover books) within 14 days of the original shipping date. To return a book, you must first contact us first using the "contact us" link on this website. In your message, include your name, the title of the book, your order number and the reason for the return.
